To book now, simply select which camp you wish to attend, please note a deposit of £200.00 will be required to secure your registration.

  One Snowboarding Booking/Cancellation Policy

  It must be understood that each of our camps has a required minimum attendance before it can be confirmed to run. It should be made clear and excepted that paying a deposit does not guarantee the camp will run. Notification will be sent no later than 4 weeks prior to the start date of the camp and sooner when bookings allow, at which point full payment is required.

  One snowboarding accepts no liability for travel arrangements made prior to confirmation of the camp.
  If your camp is cancelled you will receive 100% refund of your deposit paid at the time of booking. (or credit note if preferred)
  If you cancel more than 4 weeks prior to the start of your camp, you will receive 100% refund of your deposit paid at the time of booking. (or credit note if preferred)
  If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to the start of your camp, no refund of your deposit will be given.

  Confirmed bookings are non refundable/transferable even if there is a waiting list.

  INSURANCE

  Riders should themselves arrange suitable insurance to cover the unfortunate eventuality of cancellation or curtailment due to injury or accident.

  No monies will be refunded by One Snowboarding where a camp is curtailed as a result of an injury sustained whilst participating in the camp or for any other reason such as the need to return home early because of a family illness or bereavement. In such an instance, the only way for a rider to recover any costs is by making a claim on his or her own insurance policy. In this event, One Snowboarding can raise a cancellation invoice.

  IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOUR INSURANCE COVERS YOU FOR CANCELLATION AND CURTAILMENT AS WELL AS MEDICAL AND REPATRIATION INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER RISKS, SUCH AS THEFT, FOR WHICH YOU WISH TO BE COVERED. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THAT YOUR INSURANCE IS IN PLACE AND THAT IT IS ADEQUATE FOR YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
